Description
Our olive oil comes from a thousand-year-old culture that goes back to the Phoenicians, who lived along the Lebanese coast. Hand-picked from our family's centuries-old private estate, our olives are carefully pressed within hours of picking. Unfiltered and rich in polyphenols, it is a beautiful companion to vegetables, seafood, meats and all kinds of dishes. It is with great pride that I present to you the olive oil from our family's ancestral land.
