The olive press
Almazara means “the olive press”. Since 1772 the family has grown its olives in Koura, Lebanon.
The estate
The olives are picked by hand when ripe and pressed the same day. The oil is golden green, round, with a peppery finish; its acidity at the press is 0.26%.

In Montreal
From our warehouse on rue Meilleur we supply restaurants, grocers and caterers across Greater Montreal with Lebanese staples: olives, pickles, tahini, mezze, spices and the estate's oil.
